What comes to mind when you think of Turkey? Perhaps 99% of people would say sun, sea, and 5-star all-inclusive hotels!
But "Traveling Without Borders" went to Turkey to see for themselves that besides hotels, sun, and sea, there is so much more to see, experience, and enjoy.
In two weeks, we drove 2700km, visited many cities, changed 8 hotels, and met many Latvians and local Turks.
We met a wonderful couple from Latvia who live in Norway, travel the world, and film high-quality videos that can be seen on their YouTube channel "Ceļo ar Ediju" (Travel with Edijs), Eddie Berzin and Lauma Marija. Together, we explored Cappadocia and concluded our journey in Antalya.
Lelde Cīrule had one suitcase full of various dresses and outfits from fashion designer Martins Pupols, so there were many photo shoots, and soon the pictures will be visible on the new website, celotbezrobezam.lv.
In cooperation with the show's general sponsor Wellton Hotels, two great prizes were hidden, which can be found by watching the latest episodes.
And of course, Cappadocia! There are so many memories and so many emotions associated with this city that it's hard to describe. You definitely have to see it! There were photo shoots on the balcony and in the mountains, we flew in a hot air balloon ourselves, and we also watched them from a hill where all the balloons take off and fly right above your head, so close you can even touch them!
